You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items returned as unused/unopened that are damaged and unable to be re-sold when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

Items purchased through a third party (not purchased directly through Genesis Cosmeceuticals website) are not eligible for return.

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are enroute to you.

Orders can normally take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Some unusual exceptions can occur during special promotions and holiday shopping season, where shipping can take up to two weeks.

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Shipping is FREE for all orders of $75 or more before taxes and shipping. Standard shipping on all orders less than $75 before taxes and shipping is calculated at the UPS Published rate plus $1.00 (1 to 3 business day transit). Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

Applicable state sales tax will be charged on merchandise total. Taxes are determined applicable and calculated according to the order’s shipping destination.
